It is in the Aveyron (South-West France) in 1935 that our story begins. Gabriel Fabié, our grand-father, founded the bakery bearing his name, and this family run, artisanal company is our legacy. We are committed to continue to offer delicious, authentic desserts of exceptional quality and value.
In the 1970’s, our father, Jean-François Fabié, took over the business and set it on a new path… The industrial direction is chosen, but still with the emphasis on strong family values. This new direction necessitated the move to the Corrèze in the 1990’s.
Today, we the third generation, are very proud to have built this company (now with more than 40 employees) for which we have established a resolutely ambitious growth strategy and essential to this, is the development of international business.
We have been together for nearly 15 years, in this company, heirs to the French tradition of exceptional patisseries.
The Fabié Pâtisserie is looking to the future and with its integrated R&D service and a team of fine pastry chefs is able to offer a large, flexible range of regional and authentic desserts which can be adapted to meet the requirements of all food industry professionals and distributors.
Manufacturer of sweet tarts, Fabié has made a typically French dessert a star product made to your specifications. With a catalogue of over 120 items, we offer scrumptious combinations not only with fruit, apple, lemon, plum… base, but also with nuts and chocolate, individual tarts, tarts to share, pre-sliced, round or oblong…
This large range of desserts is complemented by regional recipes such as clafoutis, Gâteau Basque and custard tarts.

Our know-how and our capacity of innovation already allows us to respond positively to the demands ofn the restaurant and catering trade, and also of the distributors. The Fabié Pâtisserie has invented a dessert “configurator”. This tool allows an almost unlimited choice of tarts/ desserts and can respond to every need and every taste of every market.
The nutritional quality of our products is paramount
And we have always had a sustainable purchasing policy, with strict selection of products used in our bakery. We are in the process of obtaining the I.S.O. 22 000 and 14 001 certification.
Our priority is to guarantee the quality and the security of the food, and the pleasure of eating well.
