PREPARATION
In the oven : Preheat your oven at 180 °C and remove the plastic film. Unmould the still frozen tart and place it on an oven self covered with grease proof paper. Put in the middle of the oven and leave to reheat for about 8 min.
In the fridge : Unmould the still frozen tart and leave it for 3 hours in a cold room between 0°C and +4°C.
