On May 2, 1935, in Mur-de-Barrez, Aveyron, Jeanne and Gabriel Fabié opened the doors of their very first pastry shop. Driven by a passion for quality craftsmanship and fine food, they laid the foundations of a family adventure that would span generations. Today, the third generation is at the helm. Our production has grown into a modern industrial facility. Established in Saint-Julien-aux-Bois, Corrèze, for nearly thirty years, FABIÉ has continued to innovate, guided by the enduring passion of those who work there every day.

Our tarts and specialities are distributed throughout Europe and around the world. We produce custom-made products for professionals in distribution: foodservice, snacking, airline catering, commercial and institutional catering, retail, and frozen food chains. Over the generations, our commercial relationships have always been a family affair. While some focus on production, others attend trade shows and meet with customers and suppliers. This is how previous generations successfully guided the company from artisanal pastry making to industrial production.
