On May 2nd, 1935, in Mur-de-Barrez (Aveyron), Jeanne and Gabriel Fabié opened their first pastry shop. With a love for craftsmanship and good taste, they laid the foundation for a family adventure that would span three generations.
Today, with the third generation at the helm, the passion lives on. Guided by the values of quality, authenticity and local pride, we continue to craft recipes that bring people together.
From a small bakery in southern France to frozen tarts now enjoyed across Europe and in every corner of the world, our journey has grown but our identity remains: sincere, delicious creations made with care.
